512Jump - Rental Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with 512Jump, you agree to the following rental terms. This agreement becomes active upon booking confirmation and payment.


1. Booking Agreement

Your reservation with 512Jump confirms your acceptance of these terms. Once payment is received and your order is confirmed, the rental agreement is considered binding.


2. Payment & Deposits

A deposit is required to lock in your rental date. Full payment is due before or at the time of delivery. We accept credit/debit cards and cash. (Sorry—no personal checks.)


3. Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? No problem—as long as it’s at least 7 days before your event, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee. If bad weather rolls in, you’re welcome to reschedule (subject to availability).


4. Delivery, Setup & Takedown

We provide full delivery, setup, and takedown for all rentals within our regular service areas in Greater Austin. Our team will place equipment on a safe, level surface and inspect it to make sure everything’s good to go. If you're outside the standard area, a travel fee may apply.


5. Safe Equipment Use

The renter is responsible for making sure equipment is used safely and only by those within the age, size, and weight guidelines. Please—no food, drinks, pets, or sharp objects in or around the inflatables. Adult supervision is required at all times.


6. Safety & Damage Responsibility

Our equipment is clean, maintained, and regularly inspected. The renter agrees to ensure it’s used properly and safely. If any damage happens beyond normal wear and tear, the renter may be responsible for repair or replacement. If something seems off, stop using the item and contact us right away.


7. Liability Waiver

512Jump is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage during the rental period. By renting from us, you agree to accept full responsibility for the safety of all guests and hold 512Jump harmless from any claims or losses.


8. Weather Policy

We prioritize safety. If weather conditions like rain or high winds make setup unsafe, we may cancel delivery. If that happens, you can reschedule at no extra charge—or receive a refund if we didn’t deliver the equipment.


9. Public Parks & Permits

If you’re hosting your event at a park, school, or public venue, it’s your responsibility to obtain the proper permits or approvals ahead of time. Update: currently as of October 2025, 512Jump does not provide rental service to any area parks.
